Business Policies
Refunds and Exchanges
Your item must be in its original unused condition in order to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return within 3 days of receipt. Please inspect all jewelry upon receipt. Refunds will be issued in the form of a credit or exchange only. Jewelry that has been worn, used or altered in any way will not be accepted for refunds or exchanges.
Accepted forms of Payment
We accept credit card or debit card which is processed through Square and PayPal. We will also accept cash upon pick up but we must be notified ASAP in order to process that way. Venmo and Cash App are also accepted.
Invoices must be paid within 24 hours and all pick ups within 72 hours of invoices
Shipping
Shipping fees are 1-6 items $5; 7+ items $8
Shipping is done once per week generally on Sunday's. Shipping is done through USPS.
